Hi, I'm Hannah Myall a Registered Psychologist specialising in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues with over a decade of experience within the field of mental health.
I am proud to call myself a fully recovered eating disorder psychologist as I too struggled with an Eating Disorder in my younger years. Making the brave decision to enter recovery was one of the most difficult and yet rewarding periods of my life. I faced many setbacks and relapses along the way and there were times I felt like I would never reach full recovery. This is a similar pattern I see with many of my clients. What I hope is that having been through recovery myself this has enabled me to develop more understanding, empathy and connection with my clients.
What I found is with the right support, therapist and approach I was able to finally live a life fully free from the traps of food, weight and exercise.
If I can do it, so can you.

No.1
inspire
Sharing and owning our vulnerabilities this builds hope, perseverance and a belief that the future will be better than the present.
No.2
Educate
Expand your mind by learning how it works, what makes you tick and what strategies will be the most effective for you as a unique individual.
No.3
I wholeheartedly believe that no matter what has happened to you, no matter how far away you feel you are from where you want to be, that with the right support things will work out. Your journey has a purpose and meaning.
